1. Secure online form
You open the multilingual application form and fill in your details at your own pace. All inputs are transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection. For every question we explain why we need it and how to answer correctly.
2. Upload your documents
You upload the passport data page and a portrait photo. Our system automatically checks image quality, format and completeness. If something is missing, we tell you right away — before payment.
3. Summary and consent
You receive a clear summary of all entries and confirm the Terms, the privacy policy and our notice that we are not an official government service.
4. Secure payment via Stripe
You pay the service fee through Stripe — credit card, debit, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The official government fee is charged transparently as well.
5. Review by our team
An EAS International specialist reviews your data for plausibility, consistency and formal completeness. If something is unclear, we contact you by email in your language.
6. Submission to the UK Home Office
We submit your application through the official GOV.UK application channel. There is no "alternative channel" — the Home Office reviews and decides as for any direct application.
7. Status updates
You receive automatic notifications on every status change. Your personal dashboard shows the current state; you can reach out at any time.
8. Confirmation and PDF
Once the Home Office has decided, we forward the result to you. You receive a PDF confirmation to store and print.
