UK Visa Online · EAS International
Terms
2026-04-24
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services provided by EAS International (the "Provider") under the UK Visa Online brand to private and corporate customers (the "Customer"). The version in force at the time the contract is concluded applies.
2. Our service
The Provider offers multilingual technical and administrative assistance with the preparation and submission of the following UK travel permissions and visas:
- UK Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA)
- UK Standard Visitor Visa
The service includes:
- Multilingual explanation of the application process.
- Review of the Customer's information and documents for formal completeness.
- Assistance with completing the official online application form.
- Submission of the application in the name and with the explicit consent of the Customer through the official GOV.UK channel.
- Forwarding of notifications and the approval to the Customer.
3. No legal advice, no government service
The Provider does not provide legal or immigration advice. The Provider is a purely private service and has no relationship with the UK Government, GOV.UK, UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI), the Home Office or the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA). The service fee is charged in addition to the official government fee; both amounts are always shown separately.
4. Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded as soon as the Customer places the online order, confirms the Terms and the privacy policy, and successfully completes payment of the service fee via Stripe. An automatic order confirmation by email serves as confirmation of the contract.
5. Customer obligations to cooperate
The Customer undertakes to provide all information truthfully, completely and currently. The Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the transmitted data, documents and photos. False or misleading information given to UK authorities may lead to refusal, an entry ban or criminal consequences.
In particular, the Customer must ensure:
- The accuracy of the passport details and their match with the passport actually used.
- The recency of the portrait (maximum three months old, compliant with specifications).
- Truthful answers to criminal, immigration and security questions.
6. Pricing and payment
The service fee and the official government fee are shown transparently and separately at their current amount. All prices include any Swiss VAT due. Changes to UK government fees are applied immediately and displayed before every order.
Payment of the service fee is made online exclusively through the payment service provider Stripe (credit card, debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, where available). The official government fee is paid by the Customer in the official GOV.UK channel if requested there; any alternative billing model is described transparently.
7. Processing time
The Provider will handle the case promptly. A binding processing time cannot be guaranteed because the final decision and therefore the issuing time lies exclusively with the UK authority. According to the UK Home Office the ETA decision is usually made within minutes, exceptionally up to three working days.
8. No guarantee of success
The Provider owes the careful execution of the assistance ordered, but not a particular outcome. A refusal, delay or request for further information by the UK authority does not give rise to a right to a refund of the service fee, provided that the service has been duly rendered.
9. Liability
The Provider is liable only for intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is — to the extent permitted by law — excluded. Liability for lost profit, indirect or consequential damages is excluded. In any case, liability is limited to the amount of the service fee paid by the Customer.
Mandatory liability, in particular under Swiss product liability law and for personal injury, remains unaffected.
10. Copyright and trademarks
All content, brands and logos on ukentrydesk.com are protected by copyright. Use beyond the performance of the contract requires prior written consent.
11. Data protection
Processing of personal data is governed by the privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
12. Right of withdrawal
Customers resident in the European Union may withdraw from the contract within 14 days in accordance with the separate withdrawal notice. Swiss consumers have no statutory right of withdrawal in distance sales under current Swiss law; we voluntarily grant them an equivalent 14-day right. After the Customer's explicit consent to immediate commencement of the service, the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed.
13. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss substantive law applies exclusively, excluding conflict-of-laws rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the seat of EAS International in the Canton of {{EAS_KANTON}}, Switzerland. Mandatory consumer jurisdiction at the Customer's place of residence remains reserved.
14. Miscellaneous
Should individual provisions of these Terms be invalid or unenforceable, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally effective provision that comes closest to the economic purpose.
Changes to these Terms will be communicated to the Customer by email and shall be deemed accepted if the Customer does not object in writing within 30 days of notification.
